Mars Your contention of failure every day, morning and EOD is not experienced by the vast vast majority of users of Mytrack/MyTrade. I have made some suggestions in the past as to how you can assist the customer service staff in identifying and resolving the causes for your particular situation. As far as I know you have followed up only outside of market hours when traffic measurements are useless. You received the confirm delayed message Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I know you received them because I am the person who sent them. As Mr. Hertz explained to the public yesterday our upgrading of our databases has not been trouble free. We expect this to be resolved prior to the next trading day. As always, we will attempt to notify our customers of the status in real time; by the way as far as I know MyTrade is the only service which makes this effort.
