No-one's ranting here , Rick, and I would appreciate your not framing my response here in that fashion....
You admit to giving out the information that MyTrade is indeed in fact , having these problems of late confirms and data-interuption, and then accuse me of "Ranting", and being the only one having these problems.
...and all this for simply asking you when will these problems cease and MyTrade function as it should.
I did a line check for my PacBell DSL connection and it came back extremely low numbers (great!).

Nobody is ranting here Rick, just someone is just trying to find out when , finally , you are going to fix these ever recurring problems, and for you to stop trying to evade the issue.
My line speeds are terrific, just check them with your people ....I have seen total [pandamonium in CHAT often in the last weeks of trading, because of failure after failure in the am and EOD periods.

If you cannot address these issues, then by all ,means please don't bother by replying .
but I shall continue to post here as i see fit , until MyTrade gets it's data base fixed and can deliver it to us in real-time without all the constant delays that happen with such regularity.
I find your constant accusation of my ranting distasteful, and trying to palm it off as a only rare instances, only hapening to a few. You sent out the messages of failures yourself already many times this week. So something is wrong, wouldn't you say?
You as VP of OPs, should be making more clear statements as to what you are doing to end this situation, not trying to deride me sir.
