irvinesully, where did the information about HK come from? the letter i received from david isaacs made no mention of anyone else but david. the statements on his web site identify hk and butch as particpants but only as shareholders. i believe they would be NEEDED since their share counts are probably required to make this thing happen. i'm at this point willing to support ANY action with these two companies. would i vote HK to the board....no. but that's not being asked from what i read. cheers. gary
