Jim, i guess I'm not clear myself, I wasn't even in cree today, I made $ off of Jenna's other picks today. The service is a true bargain, I've been here almost a year. We are all learning, even Jenna, 3 yrs is not a long time to learn the market, come as far as she has, and run such a successful business. I don't wait for Mkt Gems calls, I do them myself, as you do. However, it's a very threatening proposition to ask for clarification, or some direction in general at times, and I think the service would be greatly improved if there were more focus, and interaction, and adapting the service to the changing needs of customers, as all great companies do. Maybe provided in a pre or post market "chat" session, in place of a somewhat defensive attitude to most requests for assistance with the particulars. And many out there would be glad to pay for the extra time, were it available, this is not the focus of these suggestions. Thank you all for the great picks and posts though, I really mean that, I've made a lot of money from this thread...;-) |
