I talked to another broker that does the same today. He told me to change my possible dilution to a worse case scenario. 1% of the OS a day and see if that corrects the oversell. So I did that and it shows a 1.4M unaccountable. I then showed him the last week's worth of T&S logs from the OTC site and he was totally blown away. Plus I informed him I just started doing this from 12-8-1999 which means I threw away the 250K short position as being covered. He again does not understand how in the world this could have happen and there are laws against this sort of thing. I also told him the TA claims 26M+ roughly is the OS and according to John the ADP shows 28M+ roughly which is still a 1.8M unaccountable. Perked him up like a bird dog ... so this weekend I am going to download the T&S Log on my site with worse case dilution, which John says is not happening. He told me maybe 2000 a day but even worse case with 3 144 filed, which would make 6K a day dilution, there is still 1.4M unaccountable. He also noticed the spread was unbelieveable and it is moving on 1% of the OS which again he found to be unreal. There was a buyer today that bought 1500 and it double printed then 1100 and it double printed then 1500 at the end of the day and again it doubled printed. He was awed at the volume, painting the tape and all. I am telling you someone is going to pick up on this ... there are sharks in the market. In the mean time I will just gather the data. I am still learning ... But surprised we do not have slammers on the stock especially since it turned north today. :-) Gary
