Frank has been located.....

Can someone help me out with this....
PABN starts or buys a company called Insider Trading. Charles Vaccaro is President as well as an officer in PABN. They open an office at 600 Old Country Rd Garden City NY. A few months later PABN buys(for an undisclosed sum),a company called TEACHDAQ Fausto Pugliese Owner located in Lynbrook NY a trader training center.Am I correct so far?

Later in the year Charles Vaccaro quietly leaves the company along with Fausto Pugliese. Now this is where it gets interesting.Miraculously Insider Trading disappears along with TEACHDAQ. When you call Insider Trading you get PABN who knows nothing of Insider Trading. But if you call (516)222-0606 you get a company called F1 Trading located at....... you guessed it 600 Old Country Rd. Garden City NY. And guess who owns it..... You guessed it Charles Vaccaro and Fausto Pugliese and guess who you speak to when you inquire about the company..... You guessed that too Fausto Pugliese who boasted about the training center they have. I had a nice conversation with Fausto which I will not post because some longs make have heart problems and I wouldn't want that on my conscience.

My questions are...
1)When PABN purchases a company do they use a non-competition clause?
2)Doesn't an officer in a company have a fiduciary responsibility to his former company?
3)Who holds the lease on 600 Old Country Rd.
4)Why does the person who answered the phone # listed for Insider Trading not know Insider Trading?
5)Why when I asked the receptionist at F1 if this was Insider Trading she fumferred and put me on hold for Fausto?
6)Does any of this sound legal to you?
7)How come PABN did not make an announcement that the people that run the company PABN just purchased quit to open up the same company in the same location and the companies we just purchased no longer exist?
8)Do you think their filing will explain this?
9)Is F1 Trading the "Franchise opportunity" their press release refers to?
