Mr Mars Firstly I believe that this is the only time in which I have asked you if you wish to resolve problems or rant. If I have used such terminology in the past please point it out to me and I will stand corrected. Certainly with an internet delivered push data stream technology some individuals will experience data transport problems. I believe that is what is happening to you at the open and at EOD. We have commands built into the chat function which will help customer support diagnose causes of data stream problems. Those diagnostics need to be executed at the maximum data volume times ie, at market open and close. Track Data makes every attempt to keep it's members informed real time as to system problems.
