Capital Alliance Group has received several expressions of interest letters from investment institutions based in Asia, Europe and North America regarding investment in the company's wholly owned subsidiary, SE Global Equities Co. [...]

not more than a 22-per-cent equity interest in SEG be sold to raise these finances[...]

Ceci etant, comme tu le sais surement deja Claude , et je presume que si t'as pense a vendre a decouvert t'as surement pris le temps de lire les derniers communiques, vu l'interet dans la compagnie ils ont decide de vendre 48% de la compagnie pour un total de 50 million US. Une fois finalisee ceci donne une valeur equitable approx de 65 million US (100 millions Cdn pour une compagnie avec 10 millions d'actions d'emises pleinement diluees) pour cette filiale seule. Et comme je l'ai mentionne dans un de mes posts precedents, contrairement a ici, la majorite des financements en Asie sont faites par prise ferme ce qui signifie que les maisons garantissent le montant!!!!

Je ne serais pas surpris de voir une 'sur' souscription pour la premiere ronde de financement qui va surement se faire autour de 1 pour positionner les inities et les institutions. Deuxieme ronde de 40 millions US a 4-5 surement avec un IPO pas loin de 14-15 sur le GEM

65 millions US pour la filiale SEG sans compter leur autre filiale CIBT qui se prepare pour un IPO sur le Nasdaq... On en parlera plus tard.
