I haven't read about KTNV on the RB thread lately. Have you mentioned that a 10,000 to 1 RS is ridiculous? From the latest filing, the authorized stock is 61,417,721; 28,8k of this is issued(or outstanding). An RS of 10,000 to 1 would leave 3k outstanding. Sounds like BS to me.
