Yep ,last fall there were the problems of Cancellations
of orders going thru, at the EOD. One was forced to hold positions overnite because they sat up to 45mins to the close and nothing got done.... I Complained then , only to get a denial that they weren't having any problems then, IC.
they finally captitulated and Did admit that they were having these exact problems ,I tried weeks earlier to bring to their attention. They publicly stated finally they would "eat" any such orders and losses incurred....
---->of course they wouldn't cover any losses incurred weeks before, when I first brought it to their attention, and it was totally ruining every EOD trade.
The same thing now is happening, where they are in swimming
up the river of "de Nile", LOL!
The real point here is, that there is a problem with the morning and afternoons with data-flow. And the VP is now admitting it after 2 wasted days of exchanges finally here on this
thread.
To tell me differently, is an insult , and i will take
it personally, IC. Everyone I know who uses MyTard, has had these problems, constantly.So spare me the BS, please, about the "whining".
I have been thru this with them before, and MyTrade is a better company for you and me , because of my efforts to get them to admit and deal with the glitches.
..... For you to say that you haven't had any problems is laughable, period.
**By the way, MyTard won't get within 100ft of CyberCorp
now or at anytime in the future. went to the daytraders
convention recently in Oakland Ca, and CyBerCorp was stealing everyone's thunder....Watley, MB Trading, etc , etc.

PS: Go ahead and try to pump this POS over on Kim's thread, it makes me laugh....don't you have a life outside of MyTrade? Or any other picks?
The real point is IC, that I won't dare try and trade at all at the EOD , and hold overnight
with MyTard, because you know and I know as do many other
traders you can get killed, when MyTrap fails in the am gaps! ....this translates into a loss of trades, and bad for business and bottom line, period. |
