I went to chat 2 weeks ago ,at your suggestion, and asked if they could do a "line" check for me...the host eric responded with " I do not understand the question"...and that was the end of that. Yesterday I finally recieved better results, and they did know what i was talking about, and walked me thru going into DOS ...and entering: " tracert mytrack.itc.com..." I came back with results that they said were terrific. I have PacBell DSL, though perhaps there is a problem there? The numbers all were extremely small, though i admit to not knowing a great deal about their exact meaning as yet. I shall run a tracerT on monday morn....but I , like many others I know are extremely adverse to even attempting to trade wih MyTrade in the am/pm, because it is constantly making us crazy....I personally will hardly try to attempt it now------> period! Thought you might just like to know this......Orders are delayed, and data freezes. I certainly hope you can solve these problems, if not for all, at least for those of us who do keep experiencing these difficulties regularly. Thought that DSL would solve this problem....apparently not though. thanks, mars
