Looks like a thread emergency. I am coping by immediately implementing a three-pronged substitution policy:

1) Sevruga in place of Beluga.

2) Hitting the bid for Screaming Eagle and Harlan Estate at winebid.com. The market for Cult Cabernet is sure to follow the COMP down and at $1,000+ a bottle I can buy a boatload of macaroni and cheese to get me through the summer months.

3) Surrender the deposit for the cottage on Nantucket and downscale into the Jersey shore. Although there are significant cultural differences between the two, it is a golden opportunity to immerse myself in that singular form of Americana, the Joisey Tattoo.
