has been dismissed with prejudice. For people who don't understand legal lingo, "with prejuidice" means the judge is barring Merck from refiling their lawsuit under any other legal theory. They are essentially barred from suing MMGR. This is strong legal language. It is also a message to MRK that the judge thinks they are full of crap and wasting the court's time. MMGR has a lawsuit pending against MRK, the judge may be inclined to find in their favor. DocStone
