Here this should bring a laugh, but it's so unbelievable, that's it's got me ready to call or go visit them, and find out more, especially the "Great Water Race...".

"H2 was created to carry out the business of developing, marketing and sale of simple, sustainable living energy solutions vis-…-vis converting current internal combustion engines to using water as their only fuel source.
"Stage II will see the completion of the AMEX filing, and the launch of a world awareness media campaign in conjunction with a world event: The Great Water Race USA Summer 2000. It is at this time that H2 will make available installation franchises, and begin the mass manufacture these simple conversion kits to give automobiles the ability to run on water instead of fossil fuels."
I'll give them credit, for pointing out the risks
----------------------------------- Risks and Uncertainties
While H2 has carefully considered all of the elements requisite to a private placement. Management recognizes that risks inherent in any business must be recognized and addressed. The risks and questions derived thereof are as follows:
1. Development Risk: Can the product be developed?
2. Manufacturing Risk: If it can be developed, can it be produced?
3. Marketing Risk: If it can be produced, can it be marketed?
4. Management Risk: If it can be marketed, can profit be realized?
5. Growth Risk: If the company can be managed to make profit, can the company grow?
H2 minimizes these identified risks through its depth of expertise. Management hassatisfied the first three of these risk factors, and has in place a plan to satisfy the final two. This plan as outlined herein by this Business Plan will be closely monitored and modified to ensure a profitable and sustained growth. In anticipation of conducting a large percentage of business outside of Canada, H2 will establish a working relationship with the Export Development Corporation (EDC), and the Western Diversification Office, both administered by the Federal Government. In effect the EDC acts as a guarantor for international receivables, while the Western Diversification Office shares in the risk by providing interest-free financing. The Canadian diplomatic corps can be looked to for support in the area of introductions and protocol in other countries.
