That would be good. Service Providers will use such local information to show how useful a Globalstar phone would be in an area. So somebody living in Alice Springs could be shown a picture of Australia with terrestrial holes in red and coverage in green [ugly looking but maybe good colour choice to convey fear of lack of coverage].

If you go in the red area, you are in trouble! Sort of like a reverse of the British Empire world maps in the early 20th century [the British Empire was red and it was the 'safe and civilized zone' of the world].

A Web site with coverage, where you can zoom in, right down to your local residential area, and see the terrestrial coverage holes would be ideal. I suppose it would be very hard to do and be accurate since coverage is changing rapidly.

I doubt that's going to be too important since the main customers of Globalstar will be those who KNOW they are out of coverage nearly all the time or all the time. The Winnebagoists KNOW they are out of coverage lots of times. Salespeople KNOW they have dead spots all over the place.
