I'm interested in the answer to the same question and I suspect for the same reason - it may provide a clue as what is going on in the DDI situation. In the mean time consider The government will be deciding whether to adopt the 1.8 MHz bandwidth (GSM -- European standard), or the 1.9MHz bandwidth (TDMA and CDMA, American standards) from Message 13328795 lurking... lurqer
