Given that MSFT is about to be found guilty of
antitrust violation, you can scratch any threat
from MSFT for a very long time. Bill and MSFT lawyers
will be very busy defending against the hundreds of civil
suits already filed or soon to be filed against MSFT.
This ought to pin MSFT down for a while and open the door
wide open to WIND.
