I think it will be interesting to see what level of reserves, if any, MSFT's auditors require.

If any may just be the option given the rate of MSFT's cash flow. To be sure, paying out lots of that cash flow to settle suits might trash their bottom line, and thus the stock, but the volume and size of the judgements would have to be quite sizable before MSFT would have trouble making the payments.
