Justa,

I was talking with a friend at work last week re: taxes. He raised an interesting thought. He made decent money in his taxable account in 1999 and now must decide what to sell in order to meet the tax burden on April 15th. I wonder how many other people out there are in the same boat. He said there is no way he can pay his taxes unless he unloads positions and that he wants to remain fully invested in 2000.

We sure live in interesting times. No one cares about fundamentals. I also heard a conversation pumping CSCO. Great company but not for me at this level.

What an incredible time in market history.
