Hi, Goldman, I just got in from the weekend away at the diggin's. Looks like I returned a tad bit too soon, frankly. My disbelief is enormous and my finanical damage is minimal, because I chose to buy more BSR instead of BXM, simply because they received their CoW's prior to the Strathcona report.

Frankly, there won't be much left of BSR either. Under these circumstances, I would be definitely surprised if BXM was allowed to even open, let alone trade tomorrow.

When a definitive independent audit turns up fraud, I don't recall shares ever opening again in other Canadian stocks.

We will just have to wait and see.

I believed in Felderhof, and I was in error. It is as simple as that.
Frankly, the last chapter hasn't even been written yet. That's the most amazing part of this saga. Now there is Sable and Sangihe yet to emerge.

However, it is my experience that most likely the authorities will suspend BXM from trading.

They will demand the ouster of the existing management team.
and....
They will proceed with whatever legal recourse is open to them as regulators.
My fervent hope is that somehow out of all this, prudent prodding,
be it from regulators or shareholders,
will require independent audits much earlier in this game.
