I wouldn't be so happy to see this go to appeal if the appellate court hadn't already exhibited a very different perspective than TPJ. Now I can understand the anguish of those holding bullish APR option positions and I understand the glee of shorts. For those long the common, I think the most sweat poetic justice would be an appeal decision that is less onerous than what MSFT offered Joel and his running dogs (states AGs). lurking... lurqer
