Actually, the MSFT strategy is very dangerous. As soon as the judge will rule that they have made illegal use of their monopoly power, lots of companies will be able to file civil suits against MSFT. So, soon MSFT will look a lot like a cigarette company or gun manufacturer, sued by every flea bag lawyer in the country.
