Most will get IE from the Net-- others like me will do the same with Netscape.. So what if they put both browsers or 10 in the software? Their position means little as I own the stock to see it appreciate not languish in range for a long period.
<<" A interesting statement: "We are long term players in the court of law."">> Sad they are correct-- it will be a long AND expensive period with only the lawyers making money,, and some on both sides will have the opportunity for the Marsha Clark effect to kick in (ie: become millionaires and retire). The only possible losers are the shareholders....
