This should be a negative for the market obviously. I would think the NASDAQ would get hit the hardest but MSFT is a big deal in the DOW and important in the S&P so very hard to figure. I guess there will be analysts out Monday saying whatever the judge decides it will be caught up in appeals so use extreme weakness as a buying opportunity. Then you have to wonder if the NASDAQ made a short term bottom the other day they may not care what this "old" new economy stock does.
