Well, I would not mind you being right.

I based my numbers on what happened when the case was first made against MSFT. MSFT took a 20% haircut over a week or two then it started reversing and even went on to split later before arriving at this point.

While I agree with Gates not giving in to Medusa, I realize many investors are skittish and have no stomach for a protracted court case, to much uncertainty they will bolt.

People should simply be mentally prepared for the worse, short term with respect to MSFT price action. Ultimately, MSFT will prevail at the Supreme Court should it go that far.
