I entered a complaint with the NASD regarding this matter. Following is one of their responses: NASD Regulation,Inc. is in receipt of your complaint. Your comments and remarks will be forwarded to the appropriate department and/or office for a complete investigation. If necessary,you will be contacted to provide further information and ultimately informed regarding the disposition of the matter. Thank You for your remarks made to the NASD Regulation,Inc. website customer complaint form.Please don't hesitate to use this as a vehicle for any future comments, inquiries, and/or complaints you may have regarding NASD member firms and their associated persons. Don't know if they'll do anything, but I'll cooperate with them to resolve this matter. This just stinks to high heaven!
