I think I know what you'll say about this, but I'll ask anyway... what about inexpensive clinically proven, medical grade devices that hook up to your PC and allow you to monitor your cardiac and respiratory functions, body composition, vision, hearing, etc., with results of the tests coming back in seconds over the Internet?

And if you're not interested because you're just always healthy, what about your 75-80 year old family member who may be at risk for congestive heart failure? That, to me, is e-health that people (and insurance companies) will be willing to pay for.
