LOL... sure, David, I own a ton of Stayhealthy.com. That's certainly no secret from my profile and if one looks where I post. But I don't consider them and Healtheon competitors. Stayhealthy is initially targeting the fitness/wellness and diet/weight-loss markets with inexpensive medical-grade devices that hook up to a PC and send your test results back over the Net in seconds. I haven't seen any sign that this area is of any interest to HLTH, and Stay's health content and e-commerce offerings are intended to serve their own members and not to compete with WebMD. Also, Stay has no interest in the bill processing and connectivity areas. I think the e-health market is plenty big enough for 4-5 or even more companies to be gorillas in different niches, and I have no particular ax to grind with HLTH (unlike KOOP and some of the little wannabes that I've been trashing for a year). If you're mostly taking issue with my saying that I "think" HLTH may survive, but don't expect dividends anytime soon, it was just a flip comment based on the enormous task they have ahead of them in integrating all those companies, and the market difficulties of having a gazillion shares outstanding and coming free-trading eventually. If they have to battle the insurance companies, as well, that may just be too much to accomplish, IMO. Good luck - Eric
