OK, Head count. Who lived through the biotech blizzard? Hmmm, that's not good. RWR makes no claim to special immunity from general market hosings...
Small Wonders takes a thrashing alongwith the bt market

but out of stoic laziness refuses to sell at bargain prices. Squinting out of our foxhole, riddled corpses of genomics plays and momo traders everywhere...
Heck with that. We still have three quarters of a million left (well OK we had 1.4 meg before) so we did take the general 35-50% shellacing everyone else got to. But 600% post nose-dive is not bad for 100k investment last August.
Anyway, good stuff to be had, for those with cash left. Nice recovery in IMMU, NERX this morning. MEDX, never LTAB still my darling, doing great. Nice value play. Also ACLA, CALP, LJLB, the latter a near LTAB candidate. Also for those medical device inclined, I started a new thread this morning. See if you can find it. Value play, up 10% today, still cheap on P/E terms and better yield (WHAT??? A DIVIDEND?) than your savings account. MRK. Send no money, Do your own DD. In fact, forget I mentioned it. Sell it short if you like. I've got a small position in it for a while, and just thought it odd that with improving fundamentals the price was going down. Mr. Market needs some lithium. Badly.
Speaking of mood-stabilizing metals, a non-biotech for your approval... near LTAB....ALYN Makes cool ultra strong ultra light alloys out of aluminum/boron and stuff for high tech and consumer goods. Sigh, reminds me of my undergrad days taking breadth courses in Materials Science with us all pounding on various alloys like monkeys with typewriters. Decent revenue growth year to year, re-investing in plant, appears to have near zero hype. Check it out.
Notice SPGNA weathered the storm at 2 and change?
Anyone following CMDX? Take a look at the chart. Aiyeee! Glad I wasn't long that pup. So how's your options John? Want your old job back? On your knees. Heh heh.
More to come. Baby is fine, getting sleep again. Handsome dog he is, just like Dad. I let him pick stocks for me by drooling on the ones he likes. He's an "Old economy" kind of guy, likes drooling on the NYSE most. Gotta go over and finish wearing out my welcome on the MOGN thread. Flame suit, check. Later.
