Hello Sonny,

I have been expecting this all along. It was clear neither DOJ not MSFT were negotiating in good faith! Neither wanted to give in, or settle! Judge Jackson will issue his verdict and MSFT will appeal, this will go on for another couple years, and MSFT in the meanwhile makes money and further dominate the market, all around. Then if it losses the appeal, it will split, but when they are ready! In two to five years they would want to spinn-off several dept.'s of
MSFT anyway. I believe MSFT will be the final winner!
