XLA/MII share ratio appears to be 1/1!

(PS: I have been here since the beginning and I have seen it all (Note: yesterday's fake MII IPO web page was one of the best lol), Longs just be patient, lots of stratosphere still to rocket through!)

I have been thinking about what i've read
(and please making_doe, no more phony MII IPO's, but very good work lol)

the MII IPO may be very favorable to XLA shareholders. Vik has said that XLA will bring 15% of MII public, but the 75%
XLA insiders will not participate.

If MII authorizes 100M shares and 15% is offered then 15M shares will be allocated to 13M shares of existing XLA stock (
52M shares and 75% insiders excluded).

The MII share ratio appears to be about 1/1! (pre april 28th split) WOW!

Finally, if Norwayvik's prophecies remain accurate, the ipo will be handled by Goldman Sachs and GS will announce
coverage of XLA first! And don't think GS is our friend. They will do anything to shake loose the XLA shares if the MII
IPO ratio is close to 1/1

I can understand why GS probably made Abbey Joe speak poorly of hi techs! They want more XLA and cheap! They want
as many MII shares as they can get their greedy paws on! IMHO, The GS traders are most likely holding the price down!
