The BB market makers can do whatever they wish with orders such as you describe; the trading world is chock full of stories just as you describe. The OTCBB marketplace is not the same as NYSE or AMEX or OTC. I am sorry for your distress; I myself have had similar situations. That is the way OTCBB goes.
