Mike, Good detective work again! re: Mitsubishi Flash ATA cards are in dispute, along with CF. Why did Mitsubishi wait so long to file if, in fact, the standard PCMCIA ATA cards are in question. Also, why did they file in Japan against a small SNDK subsidiary??? I think the licensing battles with Samsung, Toshiba, Intel and the like speak to the strength of the SanDisk IP portfolio. In fact, they speak volumes. All IMHO. Ausdauer
