We already have the opportunity to sell our interest in VRTS by selling SEG on Monday. I have owned SEG for over 14 years (cost basis under $4/sh). The disk drive business is being stolen. The current management and board should be replaced. I have sent a letter to Seagate saying I will vote against this deal, against this board, and against this management at every opportunity. I also stated that I will join any class action suit against them. I hope for the deal to be sweetened. I hope to retain my interest in the drive business but when I lose this fight I will own VRTS.
