Hey Grizz,

Where did you get the 16% number for insider ownership. I just pulled this off the SI financial. It says insiders own 1% unless there is something I am reading wrong.

<Equity: Common Stock $.10 Par, 2/00, 600M auth., 302,763,442 issd. Insiders own 1%. State Farm Ins. Co. own 9%. American Exp. Fin. Advisors own 6%. PO 9/80, 500K shs. @ $25 by Dain Bosworth Inc. PO 6/95, 6.3M shs. @ $30 by Lehman Brothers. (As of 10/99) LTD: $46.2M @ undisc. 2/00, 11/96, 2/95, 7/93, 2-for-1 stock splits; 10/87, 3-for-2 stock split.
