You're not getting what you state above. You are not getting the fair value of SEG HDD business and that's what started this whole fiasco. I would be surprised if anyone thinks they are getting fair value for SEG HDD. If you do, then it's pointless for me to debate it any further with you. -MikeM(From Florida)
