Lindy Bill, Thanks for replying.

I intentionally left out details of SanDisk's patent portfolio on my Gorilla case discussion because there was still too much up in the air to state emphatically that CompactFlash was both open and proprietary.

I believe that they are several steps closer to receiving royalty payments for CF sold based on the recent court decision. Also, SSTI is already a licensee for their version of CF and is now mentioned in the annual report recently released.

Part of being a Gorilla hunter is separating material events from fluff. I see the recent developments as material.
