John Dowd bury your head in the sand. Are you kidding? This is for real. The DOJ and states and Judge Jackson are not just playing games. The case for MSFT looks worse than ever! Do you believe the nonsense Gates says about the DOJ and the States not getting together. Wait to see what Jackson has to say when he releases his findings of law. This is serious stuff my man. I see MSFT OK after about a year when they make their 11th hour settlement. They need to settle now and go on. But they are going to tough it out, to the detriment of MSFT longs like you!
