hey All LGOVites:

I am glad to see that maybe some semblance of sanity may
be returning to this thread. Thanks JM for the related
LPG, Auto, China posts. Yes the TOS feature is a great
attribute of RB. I have been long in LGOV since the .15-
.20 days and have IMO considerable shares. I feel that
the questions back and forth from the SEC as I stated in my
earlier posts is due to a lack of the expertise with the
accountants and lawyers who are handling this matter from
LGOV. Having one set of questions and then a second set is
plausible, but when you get into three and perhaps four
it only leads to a logical conclusion that the filings and
questions answered then were not comprehensive or detailed
enough to pass muster. As far as the Chinese accouting
being translated into American GAAP, the company knew of
the reporting and format disparities long ago. So one would
think that this would have been properly planned for by
the accountants and lawyers. That was the purpose of SENTIO. The game plan of LGOV IMHO is sound. I think that there needs to be much greater attention paid to detail in the administrative side of things. I believe the SEC is
reviewing OTCBB stocks much more closely than before as they are going to start their prgram of permanently delisting non-compliant companies in June of this year. I
will remain a strong holder of LGOV as I too believe that
the company will get past this debacle and see better days
ahead.

Best of regards,

Mike
