Dear JC: I am sorry but you lost me in the translation. Not sure what you mean. I am just saying ANY company considering a stock split SHOULD be confident that their company is growing rapidly. A split in and of itself means little except in some cases (NOT SUNW imho) a split is necessary to increase liquidity in the stock ie have enough tradeable shares to interest institutions etc. JDN
