Update: Nasdaq Settlement Fund.

We talked about this mid last year, when the forms started coming out. Here's the latest on when we will get some money, if the paperwork was correctly filed by 12/8/99 deadline:

When will I receive my share of the Settlement Fund?

A.:
Because of the estimated size of the Class and the potential number of claims involved, we project that distribution will be made approximately a year after the deadline for filing claims.
