Web, I finally had the time to reread ULBI's 10Q, I could not find a trace of the stock in IMG you mentioned. For that matter, I could barely find the $23 MM (I found some $3 MM only) or so that the Taiwanese joint venture is worth (they have 50% of the stock and the partners put in $23 MM or so for their 50%, so in my book, ULBI's share is worth $23 MM). Zeev By the way, IMG has been selling som of its stock at the current prices. Early ion March when the stock went to $16 or so, IMG got rid of some 27,000 shares. Peanuts relative to their 850,000 shares position, yet a source of supply. This together with about 1.1 MM shares of option related stock registered in a recent S-8 could provide some overhead supply. We'l have to see if the recent good action in the price can get us above the $16 area, or we go back down to our base at $11. Zeev
