Hi Rick,

I see , technically, that JDSU's in a down phase. Though I love the company, the recent tech weakness, and this weekend's press release about scrutiny into the JDSU-ETEK merger, puts me in the neutral to mildly-bearish camp for JDSU, short term anyway.

But I may be completely wrong...
