Response from Olympus:
Terrible Terry is an 8-year old kid who lives down the street from me. He is already practicing to become a tree. Perhaps you would consider mentoring him, hmmm?
As to your laughable "answers" I shall take them point-by-point...
I seem to obsess you. That is touching. Sweet. (Let alone that it is also pathetic.)
You do not "obsess" me. Ha!! You no more obsess me than an annoying pebble caught within a person's shoe.
Your strutting and inclination to dominate are loathsome. They reflect that essential insensitivity that is paraded by all you inhumanists.
I do not dominate, I instruct. I am not insensitive, I am perceptive. I am not inhuman, I am indeed an objective, sentient "earthling." (Unlike some who are made of wood.)
My main beef is your success in cowing the gullable with your cockadoodledoodling. (You cannot actually be serious in your continued condemnation of your fellow man. So that is not really a beef. I blush, at times, for your blowhardiness.)
I am serious in my condemnation of those who allow, or even entreat, others to do their thinking. I am also deadly serious in my condemnation of much of today's American society, its blindness and foolhardiness. I also loudly condemn the parrot people. Clack-clacking their way merrily towards oblivion.
[Capitalism is] essentially, a system of exchange in which value is replaced by Profit Points. No longer are barter, work, mutuality, and the like, of concern. Capitalism is to amass PP's by corralling the basic elements of existence and using LEVERAGE to have them multiply artificial PPs, while diminishing their own natural value and function.
WRONG! Capitalism's very premise is based on value for value. Money (currency) the root of all good, is an abstract which all agree upon will serve as the means to effectively enhance and expand the barter process. The invention of money allowed production and the general expansion of goods across all borders.
>>Why is it undermined by religion?<< Come on! Religion is such an unrestricted concept! Certain religions put the haughtiest of capitalists to shame about their own shabbiness. Others bring tears into the eyes of saints. Tears of bliss.
No, tears of the ravaged souls of those who follow the trader's philosophy of value for value. Most all organized religions condemn value for value placing a "higher spiritual cause" as the true morality. Religions preach altruism, the suppression of the self and to a great extent, the oppression of individual thought and the value of being a socialistic parrot. It condemns producers and praises the parasites. Of course, this has a certain logic since every religion is parasitical to begin with.
>>Why is altruism its enemy?<< Altruism is the definition of the final species. We, now, being merely an intermediate test design. It, altruism, is directly in conflict with pure capitalism, which gathers, but sows not.
I'm afraid your answer has it backwards.
Altruism is the definition of a species on its way to becoming extinct. The entire modern world was built on capitalism which rewards the incentive to explore, to innovate, to GROW. Altruism seeks containment, regression, and to reward those who are incompetent, needy, parasitical, or just plain lazy.
>>Why is socialism its enemy?<< Socialism respects an inherent contract of man with man. It is gentle, thoughtful, and considerate - in theory.
Socialism's basic creed is: From each according to his ability, to each according to his need. This is artificial, anti-human, anti-productive and is a system of living death that rewards those that cannot produce and penalizes those that can. In fact, socialism is more of a scheme than a system: the greater a success you are, the more the leeches have a right to your flesh.
>>Does true capitalism really exist in America or only cyberspace?<< True capitalism is fairly healthy among that mysterious "1%" of the population - except, they still want more and more. (Something like 80 Big Brokerage Associates were hiked up to Partner this past year. Their average income, before the boost, was $4+-million. After the promotion, they can no doubt begin making real money - out of a business that has to do NOTHING with functional, primordeal value, but with using money (PP) to make money.)
WRONG again. TRUE capitalism has not existed in the United States of America for many many decades.
>>Why does the IRS exist?<< The society is large and numerous. It requires at least a sense of order. The IRS helps fund that part of the contract that tucks in the stuffing when it is plopping out of the turkey.
The IRS is a true robber-baron. It has no right to exist in a truly free society, but then, sadly, America is NOT a truly free society and becoming less free each passing decade.
>>Why does the DEA exist?<< One good question. DEA seems to have a purpose. Or, is supposed to have a purpose. But...
The DEA, America's modern version of Nazi Germany's Gestapo, has no right to exist in a free society either. Its whole purpose and reason for being is a gross violation of individual rights. It is no wonder they are constantly violating property rights as well.
>>Why does the FBI exist?<< PAC money from the LGWU.
The FBI exists because a right-wing demagogue called Hoover saw his chance to shroud himself with unconstitutional power by creating a national police force that usurps state rights. Another evil that federalism begat.
>>What can a person who understands individual rights, property rights, real freedom and liberty do to eliminate the IRS, DEA and FBI?<< Wrong premise, therefore absolutely inane question. "Individaul" should read "human". Another stupid question. This only because of the inquirerer's befuddlement re wha's really up.
You skirted the answer. I shall compromise on your definition and say, "individual human." How's that?
>>What has happened to individual rights in the USA during the last 8 decades?<< A few small stoppers have been used to abate the surge of PP pressure. Most of these have been sleezed out of, or around, to maintain the fundamental rottenness of the switch from value to PP's. We are slowly sinking ourself. There will be a point when then the vectors cannot continue to clash.
The United States became great, rich and powerful by being free and having a government controlled by its own people. As all our freedoms diminish, so will our greatness. If the trends of the last 80 years continue unabated, the USA will eventually become a third world country -- surpassed by other countries whose citizenry enjoys greater liberty and greater freedoms.
>>These are the real political issues. What major political presidential candidate is addressing them? -- NONE.<< Well, you've answered that one yourself. But, not only are the candidates dumb, the questions are dumber. GSM PS: When you become very frustrated, do you still go ricketytickety?
The questions may seem "dumb" to you, but that is only because you do not fully comprehend the questions, nor their context.
I don't become frustrated... especially with you! I laugh. Yes, old tree, you have given me many a chuckle.
