Frank: Damaged parties don't have to wait until there is a resolution of the gov't case. Findings of law can be used as a justification for a lawsuit by the damaged parties. I am not a lawyer but lawyer posters have confirmed this point. Microsoft has the right to defend themselves at trial and appeal each damage suit brought against them Now do you think this looks good for Microsoft to be sued and face enormous damages despite a chance they might prevail. I do not IMO.
