Well got this in my email...is this april fools joke??? Below is the order log showing your order to buy of 200 CMRC from 03/29. The report was delayed, but it is a fill on your unsolicited order. I am sorry for any inconvenience and to make up for this we are crediting your account 5 free trades. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me. Delayed...try 1 hr + delayed....costing me more than 2grand..in the last month mytrack has cost probably more than 50grand just from errors like this...that doesn't include the times I couldn't trade because the system was down...and im sure it will go up monday because a bunch of other stuff showed up friday after close... I can't express my feelings about this Mickey Mouse broker in words...It would take a club and someones butt.... I have given these guys so many chances and eaten so many of there errors that I can't take it anymore..... People if you sign up with these clowns, you deserve what you get....To upgrade Database servers on the day of the big tech crash is inexcuseable...It is not professional and follows no software deployment standards that I have ever heard of...This is our $$$ you are playing with here...and you are going to give me 5 free trades....wow I feel better...
