Dear Monte good question.Even though bananas have a lot
of potassium, which is needed by the body,and
deficiency can cause weakness irritability and death,and i remember to for sure have it (Potassium) for the last days before a contest to balance the water in the muscles, and also balance the sodium.
Bananas i use to eat on my diet preparation to lose weight, and get ready for a contest.
I did realize though that my butt was not getting
smaller.So i replaced them with raisins.
And i saw big difference..
For people that are not over weight bananas are
very fine.But for people that need to lose weight
and have smaller butts,
they should cut them down, and replace them with
raisins or apples.A@P though needs the bananas
because he forgot his butt in Egypt many years ago.LOL.
BaNANAS=To many simple carbs,sugars=Big butt.IMO.
There is a trick for women that get cramps during
their period, that if they follow Takis advice
will not have them (cramps).
The trick is pyridoxine (B6)vitamin.
Why?Because B6 gets rid of cramps, extra water,
works as a natural diuretic.
Woman"s hormone aldosterone are high during period,
and aldosterone holds sodium=holds water in the body
cramps come along.That is why the women are gaining
3 to 5 pounds of weight during that time.
It is just water retention.
I tell my clients to have 50mg of B6 three times
a day during period.It works wonders, and no cramps
Also IMO people that drink diet coke,or pepsi(A@P)or coffe,or eat sweets, i believe brings more depression.
I have worked it on myself countless times and yes
i realized, that i get more depressed.
IMO coffeine works against Thiamine (B1)
that helps the body to keep high levels of energy.
Also sugar is poison messes up and clogs up the system, and slows the metabolism.(very hard to lose
weight.)
For people with depression i suggest this:1)
Load up on orange juice instead of coke.
Orange juice has vitamin c that boosts the immune
system and helps regulate moods.
During a lot of stress vitamin c are depleted,
so you need it more during these times.
2)B complex vitamins 50mg two times a day.
It will lift your moods,will relax you,less headaches,
will work very well on the nervous system.
3)calcium will relax you and will give you better
moods.
4) for sure magnesium it regulates the nervous system
and it will give you better moods.(good stuff
against depression, and also for moms that their
little boy sons water the bed to much, give them
magnesium it will work wonders.Also the people
that have some tremors in some body parts
that appear all of a sudden.Take magnesium and they
will be gone.I said that it regulates the nervous
system right?
I am sorry if i extented to much here.
The above is only my opinion, after years of hard
work and experiments.
