you said..."Mitsubishi Sues Sandisk"

I don't recall you doing a courtesy post to the SNDK Thread a week ago when you posted this on G&K.
Sorry if I missed it...

We have already discussed the relevance of the Mitsubishi posturing and Dr. Harari has already given the party line on this lawsuit. It appears if Mitsubishi was selling Lexar cards under their own private label and is vulnerable after Friday's ruling.

I have little respect for companies which jump to a lawsuit rather than the bargaining table. I hope that kind of behavior is rewarded in kind.

Having said that, I read a very favorable article on the CEO of Kingston. As we have discussed, SSTI appears to be supplying Kingston with CF cards. SSTI represents the first flash house to recognize the CF assembly patents that SanDisk is defending currently. The Kingston CEO is described in Forbes as an altruistic, honorable, super nice guy. If I were in the market for a CF card and couldn't find a SanDisk product (God forbid!), I would buy a Kingston card.

Perhaps you could click on the "previous" button to earlier in the day today if you wish to review the discussion that Mike started regarding Mitsubishi's hidden agenda. Also, if you find nice tidbits like the one above it would be great to share here as well.
