JF3: I believe that potential purchasers of MSFT software who have been on the fence or have delayed orders for one reason or the other will not want to complete their purchase while there is pending litigation or there is a possibility of the firm being broken up. Does this make sense?

So both perception of monitary loss and real earnings hit will be impacting the stock price badly IMO. Yes I believe $55 is not unreasonable.
