Marvin-

Can't you MSFT longs help your position by selling calls against your stock? I think I would do that if I were long Microsoft because aside from a 10% drop before Judge Jackson releases his findings of law, after the release will cause a second leg of a possible drop and after the lawsuits are filed for damages by AOL (Netscape); OS users classes; States; etc. there will be a third leg down IMO.

Nobody really knows what will happen with the case, nor the schedule on which it will happen. People who own shares of MSFT in general want the opportunity to profit from owning the shares, and selling calls severely limits that opportunity.
